Frequently Asked Questions How can you begin working on my project? We review all project requests entered into our database and approve them based on the complexity and resource availability of an order. If your request has been approved within three (3) to five (5) hours, our Billing Department will send you an electronic form of billing statement to settle the payment for your order. When the payment confirmation from our authorized retailer (PayPal) has been received by our Billing Department, we will begin assigning the project to the qualified writer for your order. How much do we pay for your research and writing services? Please refer to Delivery Speeds Table for pricing and time frame. A minimum order of three (3) pages is applied for one- or two-page ordered article for seven-day delivery. For twelve-hour to five-day delivery, a minimum of two (2) pages is applied regardless of the type of project. Any revision request is paid $5 per page. Given the fact that all papers are reviewed by Quality Assurance Department to ensure that these conform to the generally-accepted standards of American and British universities, we never deliver papers that have not undergone the rigorous proofreading and editing process. We assure the highest level of all projects’ quality; however, it’s the discretion of the client’s professor as to whether s/he may approve the paper based on his or her own choice. How do you deliver the order? We deliver the order in zipped word document attachment via e-mail by default. Expect that you will receive it before your preferred deadline. Can we get the money back? You can make a request for refunds from our Billing Department only if the delivered project contains significant grammar or spelling errors and/or irrelevant topic. If we haven’t started to work on the project yet, you may cancel the order and our Billing Department shall give partial refunds amounting to 70% of your deposited amount because 30% of it was automatically deducted and paid for e-banking and payment retail services upon making the secure online payment. Strictly no refunds shall be granted to client once the assigned writer began to work on the project.  |
